On 11 February in Ternopil declared a Day of mourning
In connection with the death of captain of medical service, resident medical division medical company of military unit Â0425, which is deployed in Eastern Ukraine, ternopoljanyn Vladimir Vovk on February 11 declared a Day of mourning. The order signed by mayor Sergei Nadal. Consequently, institutions, organizations, administrative and departmental buildings on the Day of mourning will be lowered national flags with mourning stroney and canceled entertainment and concert events and sporting events.
