Presented the first ID-passport in Chernihiv

Fifteen of passports of citizen of Ukraine in the form of a plastic ID card of Chernigov boys and girls was handed by the Chairman of regional state administration Valeriy Kulich. This is the first ID-passport received in Chernihiv. The introduction of electronic cards is an important component of national security. To forge the identification card of the citizen of Ukraine it is almost impossible through a large number of levels of protection that guarantee the security of information. The new passport has a contactless electronic media (chip) and is issued on the basis of an electronic database – the Unified state demographic registry. The passport card provides opportunities for the development of e-government, providing administrative services in online and electronic services in banking, insurance and other fields. Handing over the documents, the head of the regional state administration congratulated the young people and wished that their further fate as they have planned. Man everything in life should be achieved independently, without hope of assistance. And if they have a clear goal, be sure it goes — says Valery Cake. The head of the State migration service of Ukraine in Chernihiv region Xenia Lukyanets also congratulated boys and girls on this important occasion in their lives. She noted that the passport of the citizen of Ukraine not only expands their rights, but also imposes a number of adult responsibilities. In response, young people are assured that they will be worthy citizens of their country and will do everything for its development.
