Surveyors of Ternopil region increased reserved space for members of the antiterrorist operation
In 2016 surveyors of the region have updated the album - Atlas of the reserved plots for the ATO participants and increased the size of the array on 500 acres. Today the square of the mentioned area is 2.9 thousand hectares. Most of the areas proposed in Kosivska area -322 ha and the Shumsky district -406 ha. In the area of the ATO participants have submitted more than 2.8 thousand applications for land plots. According to the results of the consideration given over 2.4 thousand permits for development of land survey documentation on land with an area of 688 hectares. more than a thousand participants of the ATO has already issued the ownership of 153 hectares. Background: the Provision of land plots for the ATO participants in the procedure established by article 118 of the Land code of Ukraine, provided that such a citizen has not exercised his right to free receipt of the ownership of the land appropriate purpose and provided a document certifying his participation in ATA.
