Vinnytsia: in 2015, the prosecutors assured the right of more than 7 thousand inhabitants of area a personal appointment
Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, are working on’tivnogo, comprehensive and timely consideration of addresses and the real restoration of the violated rights of citizens. So, in 2015, prosecutors granted the 136 complaints, of which 80 concerned with issues of representation of interests of citizens and state in court, 32 pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings, 7 - protection of children's rights. At the same time, a personal reception in bodies of Prosecutor's office visited more than 7 thousand people. Every fourth of them adopted by the heads of local prosecution offices. Also, officials of the office of Prosecutor's office of area made almost 400 citizens. Every third made personally by the Prosecutor of Vinnytsia region. Pursuant to the requirements of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine «citizens», the requirements of organizational-administrative documents of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine and Prosecutor of the region the heads of Prosecutor's offices of the region carried out reception of citizens at place of work and place of work and residence of citizens. Just in the past year, the Prosecutor of the region made 16 field reception of citizens, including 8 at the place of work and residence, and 8 institutions of execution of punishments, the Deputy Prosecutor of the region made 45 trips, including 29 at the place of work and residence, 16 in the penal institutions. The heads of Prosecutor's offices to the area within the 2015 adopted 217 people who are in places of deprivation of liberty, including the Prosecutor of the region - 73 Note that just last year in bodies of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region received 11,4 thousand complaints, of which 7 thousand are considered directly by the prosecutors of all levels.
