As noted by the head of the region, the past year was a period of great challenges, thoughts and aspirations, and it is important to realize that those inner feelings and large losses, which were held recently through the hearts of people who changed the country. "We need a very good understanding of each person's role, which is related to power, because presently there are extremely complex processes. And I'd love to be in qualitative terms, they were used for forward movement of Ukraine", - said Valery Cow. According to the Chairman of regional state administration, last year, serious attention was paid to safety issues: mobilization activities and work with demobilizovanniy military personnel, the establishment of an effective system of territorial defense and reform of power structures. "Issues of territorial defense combines a set of measures to respond to possible acts of terrorism, certain destructive things related to deterioration of a criminogenic situation or natural disasters. So within the region we worked out all issues to adequately respond to such challenges. This system is built National guard units 3028 "Jaguar" and military unit 3008 59th brigade in Haisyn, Mohyliv-Podilskyi border guard detachment. And we complement them with a system that can quickly be deployed due to the military service of citizens", - said Valery Cow. In the context of processes of decentralization of power the head of the Vinnytsia region noted that as a result of implementing fiscal decentralization the territorial community of the region and Khmelnitsky region in particular received additional financial resource for its development. "On tax revenues in Khmelnytskyi district, without the city Khmelnik, in absolute amount increased compared to the corresponding period last year by 16 million USD, or 51 %. And the remaining Unallocated balance in all local district budgets by 1 January 2016 reached 10 million 91 thousand hryvnias", - noted the Chairman of regional state administration. During the meeting Valery Cow also touched upon the problematic issues in the medical industry, regional development, problem solving, improvement and repair of roads. Consequently emphasized that the main task for local authorities is the creation of new jobs. "It's not just about the opening of a new police Department, for example, or state Agency. We need to talk about attracting private investments", - said the head of Vinnitsa region. Also during the meeting a report on the state of development of Zavodske district was made by the Chairman of the regional state administration Evgeny Butkevich. According to him, last year the enterprises and organizations of all forms of property of the district for the expense of all sources of financing mastered 76.5 million UAH. capital investment, which is twice more than the corresponding period last year. "By the end of 2015 provided the performance of 30 district and rural budgets. Tax and non-tax revenues of the General Fund of the district budget received UAH 47.3 million., or 123,3% to the plan for the year approved by local councils, with changes. Additionally, the plan received $ 8.9 million UAH.", - said the head of the RGA. Evgeny Butkevich noted also positive dynamics of development of agrarian sector of the region, noting that over the last year local agricultural enterprises implemented a number of investment projects with a total amount of 7.7 million UAH. Upon completion of the meeting the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cow also visited the regional Directorate of labour and social protection of the population and got acquainted with the work of a single reception on reception of documents for the purpose of all types of targeted benefits, compensation and housing subsidies to the residents of the district.
