They with deep respect addressed the audience at a solemn meeting of the parents of Yuri Savchuk Nikolay Abramovich and Raisa Fyodorovna – and expressed my gratitude for the education of his son, who became an example of courage, fidelity to the military oath. Very touching were the memories of Yuri Savchuk his teacher Claudia Gumenyuk. "I remember Yura, his very kind eyes, smiling face. He was modest, balanced, sociable, always protected the girls," barely holding back tears, recalled Claudia Stepanovna. Many warm and sincere words sounded on the triumph of the deceased in Afghanistan countryman. The mother of Yury Savchuk expressed gratitude to district administration, district Council, Union of soldiers-internationalists, members of the group Carissa school for what I remember about her son. She was especially grateful to the head of the regional organization of veterans of war in Afghanistan Vasily Dawn, because since then, he has headed the Union, much has been done to perpetuate the memory of those killed in Afghanistan, our countrymen. The ceremony participants laid flowers to the memorial plaque, which the priest was a memorial service for the deceased soldier Yuri Savchuk and all his brothers, killed in the hellish flames of the Afghan war.
