If "warm" credit, area residents can obtain compensation not only from the state budget and regional. The decision of Zhytomyr regional Council from 26.01.2016 No. 113 "On introducing amendments and additions to the Program to boost the population, osmd, ZHSK of Zhytomyr region regarding the efficient use of energy resources and energy saving for 2015-2018" the range of participants of the program. Compensation to borrowers under one loan agreement of the loan from the regional budget is: – for physical persons – 10 % of the loan amount, but not more than 1000 UAH; – for physical persons-participants of the ATO 10 % of the loan amount, but not more than 2000 UAH; – for condominiums, housing cooperatives is 15% of the loan amount, but not more than 10 thousand UAH. In the regional budget for 2016 includes funds in the amount of 1 million UAH on financing of the above Program. Recall that the state budget can get a refund on energy-efficient equipment and materials in the amount of: 20% refund of the loan amount on negative boiler (solid fuel, electric); 30% on energy efficient materials and equipment; 70% for recipients of a grant. Condominiums and cooperatives can receive 40% reimbursement of loan for house-wide events.
