In the Zhytomyr region rescuers reinforce preventive work in the residential sector
From the beginning of 2016 on the territory of Korosten ' area there were 7 fires. Most problematic for the rural population is the observance of fire safety rules when using a stove heating. Typically, these fires cause considerable material losses and the death and injury of people. With the aim to prevent the occurrence of fires on 9 February Korosten rescuers together with representatives of district administration have carried out preventive working off of the Small village Subwin. The event on the territory of this settlement is primarily caused by the fact that since the beginning of the year in the village has been an accident – on a fire in a private residential house, killing an elderly woman born in 1923. So the checking began to take place in homes of families that call attention. In this category were families with many children’families, lonely pensioners, disadvantaged persons. The RAID group was attended by about 40 such families. C’it turned out that they question fire safety of the premises are not in the first place. Rescuers interviewed for the observance of fire safety rules and handed pam’trays with warning information.
