Hust the local Prosecutor's office appealed with the claim to Economic court of the Transcarpathian region in the interests of the state in the person of Department of property management the common property of territorial communities of villages, city district, Executive office Irshava district Council to one of the private entrepreneurs about the termination of the lease of municipal property, return the property and recover rent arrears. It is found that for improper performance by the lessee of its Zobov’'yazan, starting in 2014 there was a debt on payment of rent for the use of municipal property, which as of January of 2016 is almost 45 thousand UAH. Therefore, the Prosecutor's office in the court requires to terminate the lease, return the property and recover rent arrears.
