Chernivtsi City budget in January 2016 made in 118,8%
In city budget m. Chernivtsi in February 2016 received 108510,1 thousand UAH., that is 97.7% of the plan for January (111038,0 thousand UAH.), shortfall 2527,9 thousand UAH. Compared to the corresponding period last year the income of the city budget grew by 16007,6 thousand UAH. or 17.3%. Transfers from the state budget shortfall 12022,2 thousand UAH. 19.9% (the plan for January – 60545,9 thousand UAH., fact – 48523,7 thousand UAH.). The city budget (without transfers) for January 2016 is made on 118,8% (the plan at the reporting date – 50492,1 thousand UAH.), actually received – 59986,4 thousand UAH., over – 9494,3 thousand UAH. Compared with the January 2015 receipts grew by 19439,3 thousand UAH. or 47.9%. To the General Fund of the city budget the city of Chernivtsi (without taking into account of volumes of interbudget transfers) received taxes and fees in the amount of 55890,0 thousand UAH., what is of 122.4% as at the reporting date (45646,2 thousand UAH.), the amount of over-fulfillment amounted to 10243,8 thousand UAH. To the special Fund of the city budget (without taking into account of volumes of interbudget transfers) received funds in the amount of 4096,4 thousand UAH. or 6.5% of the adjusted plan for the year (63482,1 thousand UAH.). For the General Fund of the city budget for January 2016 incurred expenses in the amount of 74696,2 thousand UAH., in particular, focused on the industry: – education – 32505,6 thousand UAH.; – health – 11307,0 thousand UAH.; – culture – 1913,8 thousand UAH.; – housing and utilities – 1680,3 thousand UAH. All requests of key spending units of municipal budget financed in full. The largest share in total spending, and it is 54.6 per cent, is the cost of wages with charges. In January 2016 on the remuneration accrued for the employees of the budgetary institutions of the city are directed 40753,8 thousand UAH. In January 2016 the calculations for the consumed budget institutions energy and utilities in the amount of 5776,2 thousand UAH., 7.7 % of total General Fund budget.
