"The difficult socio-economic situation and the process of reform of the entire judicial system of the state are factors that have historically affected the state of law and order in the area. At the same time, effectively coordinating the activities of the office and concerted action of all law enforcement agencies in the region together with the public contributed to the stabilization of a criminogenic situation in the region", - said Anatoly Kovalchuk. As a result the level of crime in the area remains one of the lowest in the state." It was noted that against the background of reduction in the number of registered criminal offences committed on 15 percent less intentional homicide.
