Vinnytsia oblast participated in the Forum of employers and entrepreneurs of the industry of fisheries of Ukraine (+photos)
12 February, with the participation of the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko held a Forum of employers and entrepreneurs of the industry of fisheries of Ukraine. In his opening remarks to the meeting Andrew Gyzhko said: "this is our region became the initiator of this forum,where invited representatives of 15 regions of Ukraine,representatives of Central Executive authorities, assistants, deputies ,scientists who are willing to cooperate with us. Changes at the region level is not enough. You need to come up with initiatives legislative changes. For example: we are in the Vinnitsa region radically changed the system of registration and lease of water objects: only through a transparent mechanism of auction. All services are provided exclusively through transparent offices. Handed over the documents – the Commission considered, and after a month the person received the appropriate approval. We minimized the contact officer with the tenant to avoid corruption (for a long time this business was non-transparent and shadow). Bona fide tenants with experience we are ready to offer advantageous terms to renew the lease". The official noted that in Vinnytsia, the greatest number of water bodies in Ukraine : "We have 5 thousand objects of the water table, each of them represents not only an economic value, and above all, value for communities: leisure,recreation and the opportunity to create small business and jobs". Andrew Gyzhko also touched on the problematic issues of the industry: "there is a big difference between rent rates within settlements and outside them, which led to frequent refusals from tenants of water bodies that are within settlements. So we started together with scientists from the preparation of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of environment and State Agency of water resources, therefore, the outcome of today's forum is to negotiate a resolution with practical recommendations for Ukraine". Forum participants from different regions of Ukraine had the opportunity to ask painful questions to the head of Department of aquaculture, use of aquatic biological resources and international cooperation State Agency of fisheries of Ukraine Andriy CHOCLO, Chairman of the Federation of employers and entrepreneurs, fishing industry of Ukraine Vasily Korotetskaya, the head of the Department of water resources and coordination of activities of territorial bodies of Derivativesthe Olga Lysyuk.
