Customs officers, are accused of abusing their official position, on preliminary arrangement, for the purpose of obtaining undue advantage made an unauthorized actions with information, contained in databases of the customs and made false information about allegedly carried out the customs clearance of 23 vehicles and goods they transported, although in fact such vehicle and the goods to customs has not been supplied, their customs clearance is not performed, and accordingly customs duties were not paid. One of the customs officers, trying to evade the investigation and trial more than half a year in hiding on the territory of the occupied Crimea, but was arrested by police officers while trying to get a passport in a new name for travel abroad on the territory of one of the regional centers of the Transcarpathian region. Now the indictment against former officials of the customs with the legal qualification of their actions under part 1 of article 364, part 1 of article 366 and part 1,2,3 of article 362 of the criminal code of Ukraine directed to court for consideration in essence.
