In Lutsk the transfer of powers in the sphere of state registration of proprietary rights to real estate and business
For the implementation of Laws of Ukraine “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine on state registration of proprietary rights to immovable property and their encumbrances” and other legal acts of Ukraine on decentralization of powers on state registration of proprietary rights and their encumbrances” and “On state registration of legal entities and physical persons-entrepreneurs” and some other legislative acts of Ukraine on decentralization of powers on state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs and community groups” from 26.11.2015 year territorial bodies of justice of Volyn region working towards devolution in the sphere of state registration of the Executive bodies of village, settlement, city councils (the cities of regional importance), local public administrations, notaries and accredited entities. Therefore, the functions of the organs of justice in these areas of the state registration will be transferred to the location prior to completion of trial in certain Laws possible, but no later than 30 April 2016. This is another step towards creating a transparent and simplified procedure of providing administrative services to citizens.
