In the Rivne region rescuers reminded the farmers of the area that you should not forget about fire safety
February 12, the staff of the district Volodymyrets sector of GU gschs of Ukraine in the Rovno area with the purpose of strengthening of control over observance of rules of fire safety in agricultural companies during the spring field works, held a seminar-meeting with heads and specialists of agroindustrial complex of the district on matters of fire safety. Specialists of the state Service for emergency situations of the farmers have been reminded to ensure that areas of temporary field condition of primary fire extinguishing means, semejante tools and fire equipment placed on the fire boards. Also present were rose’Asner and other basic requirements of normative documents, which regulate the work to ensure fire safety of objects’objects of agriculture. Rescuers focused their attention on the fact that the main drawbacks in providing fire and technogenic safety of agricultural enterprises remain the shortage of primary fire extinguishing means, the lack of the necessary amount of water for fire purposes, and other means of fire protection, and the like. "the heads of agricultural enterprises of the area should focus on the need to respect the complex of measures on prevention of fires at subordinate facilities’objects and in natural ecosystems. Combines and other equipment used to harvest grain should be bringing in good technical condition, the aggregates combine, tractors and cars should be providing sufficiently certified fire extinguishers, firecrackers and shovels, grain arrays must be Oborin, workers who are involved in the harvest should receive specific training on fire safety and have appropriate certificates", - said the head of the district Volodymyrets sector of GU gschs of Ukraine in the Rivne region, captain of civil defense Andrei Murawiec. Separately, the staff of civil protection has drawn the attention of farm managers regarding the prohibition of burning stubble, using only modern methods of cleaning. Each was asked to care for the environment, because destruction by incineration stubble – it is, simultaneously, destruction of the flora and fauna of the region. In the end, rescuers reminded the audience that the main cause of fires is human factor. Therefore, to warn of emergencies and fires, as well as to avoid material damage, should be timely to implement fire prevention measures and strictly observe the fire safety requirements that will give the opportunity to spend the spring sowing and harvesting campaign without losses and to avoid the problems associated with fires.
