In the hostel lived foreign students. For a few minutes on a scene there arrived firefighters. As a result of short circuit there was an ignition of the power panel that caused a smoke in the premises of the building. Rescuers evacuated from the Dorm to 150 people to ensure their safety. The fire was liquidated at 00:52. The fire destroyed 1 M. p. wiring and electrical control. To respond to the incident involved 15 rescuers and 3 units of special equipment. As a result of incident nobody has suffered.
