In Chernihiv region the staff of the children's polyclinic ¹1 studied action in the event of an emergency,
11 February in Chernihiv in the children's policlinic ¹1 carried out about the special’stove training on civil defense on the theme: “the Provision of emergency medical care to victims in emergency situations". The event was held in accordance with city Council approved plan-schedule of practical training of managerial staff and specialists whose activity floor’connected with the organization and implementation of activities of civil protection. Management and staff of the medical institution, according to possible situations of occurrence of fire and other hazardous events, were made informed decisions were worked out and action to provide first aid to victims in emergency situations. The training took place in three stages. In the first phase were presented proposals for the priority actions of the management team for localization and liquidation of a conditional fire. In the second stage the staff of the clinic has almost worked out measures for fire-fighting dry powder fire extinguishers and emergency assistance to the victims. At the end of the event analyzed the actions of all involved services and the results of the special’kovago learning. The conduct of such operations enables the staff of the institution to practise actions to eliminate the possibility of fires, emergency events and the situation accordingly, take the necessary decisions on a timely response in the event of their occurrence.
