The two citizens - participants of military actions in Afghanistan had received high state awards
decree of President of Ukraine ¹46/2016 of February 15, 2016 "On awarding state awards of Ukraine on the occasion of the Day of honoring participants of battle actions on territory of other States" was awarded two Vinnytsia–Afghans. For considerable personal contribution to development of veteran movement, courage and dedication, shown during the execution of military duty, Patriotic education of youth and active public work was awarded the order of "merit" of III degrees-Voitenko, Vladimir Leonidovich - the member of the Ukrainian Association of Afghanistan veterans, participants of operations in Afghanistan and Conduce Anatoly Ivanovich - the member of the public Union "all-Ukrainian Union of combatants and volunteers of anti-terrorist operation", the participant of operations in Afghanistan.
