The expenditures of local budgets of Transcarpathian region for January 2016 amounted to $ 497,2 million hryvnias
During January 2016 from local budgets of area of expenditures in the amount of 497,2 million USD. of them for the General Fund – 491,8 million USD. for the special Fund of 5.4 million hryvnias. Compared to the corresponding period last year total expenses increased by 31.0%. or 117,7 mln. Expenditures of the General Fund to cover the protected articles amounted 479,9 million UAH. or at 97.6%. the total expenditure, of which on wages with charges directed 254,0 million UAH. (by 28.0%. more January 2015), energy and utilities – UAH 29.5 million. (58,6%. more than the corresponding last year's period), medication – 2,7 mln. (10 d. b.), food products – 3.6 mln UAH. (by 7.7%. less), and social security 190,1 mln. (by 32.1%. more January 2015). In the structure of expenditures of the General Fund budget by functional classification the proportion of occupied costs of industries socio-cultural sphere and social security – 94.9 per cent. Thus, the share of expenditure on education amounted to 34,9%. (or 171,9 mln.), health – 15,9%. (78.1 million UAH.), social protection and social security of the population is 39.7 percent. (195,1 million UAH.), culture and the arts and physical culture and sport – 3.8 and 0.6%. respectively (18.7 mln UAH. and 2.8 million USD).
