An additional problem is that with dry grass as a rule, burns and a wide variety of debris, which significantly increases air pollution. During the combustion of, say, a plastic bag, the air goes up to 70 different chemical compounds, most of which are poisonous to humans. They cause sore throat, coughing. Thick black smoke from burning plastic waste contains carcinogenic polycyclic hydrocarbons.
