Vinnytsia region: rescuers worked in the signal "Collection! Crash!"
On 16 February, according to the order of the chief of GU DSNS of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region the Colonel of service of civil protection Ruslan Shevchuk, held a gathering of the personnel of the Main Department of state fire and rescue parts of the region on alert with the aim of unannounced inspections readiness of rescuers to action during receipt of a signal "Collection! Crash!". According to the special notification scheme via communications’communications announced the collection of the entire staff of the regional garrison, service "101". After receiving the message, employees of gschs in the special form of individual with equipped with all necessary alarm suitcases promptly arrived to the collection site. In the regional center drill review personnel, inspection of documents and suitcases of individual radiochemical and bacteriological protection was carried out personally by the head of the regional office. According to the chief rescuer of area Ruslan Shevchuk, regular holding of such events is necessary, because such practical teachings once again provide an opportunity to improve the notification scheme and to work out gschs fighters respond to emergencies and disasters.
