According to the division of income and fees from individuals of the Main Directorate of DFS in Ternopil region from the beginning of 2016, according to the results of the Desk audits and individual interviews, identified 113 citizens that were not designed according to the requirements of the legislation. Account not paid to employees income in the amount 177,7 thousand hryvnias. The budget received 27.9 thousand UAH of income tax for individuals. The action taken has 102 people scored employment relationship, representing 90.3 per cent of the number of identified not considered employees. It is worth mentioning that the minimum wage, the amount of which is UAH 1378, is the state social guarantee, obligatory on the whole territory of Ukraine for enterprises of all forms of ownership and management, and individuals that use hired labor.
