Konin and Chernivtsi strengthen partnership SV’s duties
the leadership of the Department of promotion of Konin (Poland) has published a promotional video of his city. In an accompanying letter addressed to the mayor Alexei Kaspruk noted that Konin was ready to cooperate with entrepreneurs, organizations and schools of Chernivtsi to strengthen partnerships between the two sister cities.
