The competition was held in accordance with clause 3 of the competition Procedure for the vacant posts of civil servants, approved by Resolution of CMU dated 15.02.2002 No. 169 and Decree No. 164 of the Main Department of the state service of Ukraine On approval of the procedure of the examination of candidates for the vacant positions of civil servants. Applicants for positions under the staffing service office of the interior Ministry, in a written mode, answered questions of examination tickets, demonstrated knowledge, which will assess the competition Commission,formed in accordance with applicable law. Present at the competitions were representatives of the public — from the Public Council of the Main Directorate of the National police in Chernivtsi oblast, the regional Department of the Ukrainian special Board on combating corruption and crime organsaving, public organization «Golden lions Black hundreds".
