Chernivtsi entrepreneurs in January, returned 9 million UAH. VAT
In January this year Chernivtsi business reimbursed 9.0 million UAH. VAT, including more than half of the amount of budgetary compensation to the accounts of taxpayers enrolled in an automatic mode. Compared to the 2015 new year Chernivtsi enterprises returned to their accounts on 4,5 million UAH., or twice as much tax. The number of representatives of the real sector of the economy who use the service VAT automation in Chernivtsi is growing steadily. Last year, more than twenty representatives of the Chernivtsi business got a refund automatically. Please note that the Law of Ukraine from December 24, 2015 No. 909-VIII "On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning balancing the budget revenue in 2016" provides creation of two registers for VAT refund: • for payers that meet the criteria defined for automatic compensation of the tax amount; • for other payers. Return the agreed amounts for budget refund would be implemented in chronological order according to the order of making statements in each relevant Register. In turn, the State fiscal service of Ukraine will daily publish on its website a register of applications for refund of the amount of budgetary compensation. In accordance with item 1 of the Concluding provisions of the Code, the provision on the introduction of registers will take effect from 1 February 2016.
