Transcarpathia: the centre of officials illegally allocated 45 hectares of land as shares - the Prosecutor's office started criminal proceedings
Khust local Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings against officials of the state Committee mstrawberry in the Intermountain region and Intermountain RHA upon the posting of knowingly false information (part 1 of article 366 of the criminal code) in the scheme of carve-up that became the basis for the illegal seizure of land as shares XGP "Hisses", a total area of almost 45 hectares. As the head of Khust local Prosecutor's office Sergey Soudan, it is established that officials of the state Committee mstrawberry in the Intermountain region and Intermountain RGA, in violation of the requirements of the Land code of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine «On the order of allocation in kind (on locality) of land plots to owners of land shares (shares)", decree of the President of Ukraine No. 720/95 from 08.08.1995 "On the procedure of distribution of agricultural lands transferred in collective ownership to agricultural enterprises and organizations" changes to "division of lands of collective ownership of land plots (shares, units) former CSGP "Hisses" on-site Pilipenko village Council intermountain region, which further provided an opportunity for illegal withdraw of share of land with restrictions on their privatization other citizens not members of collective agricultural enterprises "Hissing". Now in the specified criminal proceedings continues the pre-trial investigation.
