In Rivne region have identified careers that will be in demand in the near future

It is the builders, seamstresses, employees in the hotel and restaurant business, as well as specialists in wood processing, chemical and mining industries. These are the results of labour market surveys carried out in the framework of EU project "improving the system of personnel training for the needs of the economy Volyn subregion". According to the President of the NGO "Volyn resource center" Vasyl Kashevsky, the study focused attention on the blue-collar jobs. This was done with the purpose to adapt the labour market to the needs of local businesses. The survey respondents were employers and students protectivity. In General the Project includes three components – research of labour market in the subregion, career guidance activities for youth, as well as Sakaki the equipment for the workshops of protectivity with the needs of employers. "The project started from August 2014 and will last 30 months. It is unique for Ukraine, because gives the possibility to adjust the system of vocational education in accordance with the needs of the employment market in Rivne region and Volyn region. Amount of funding amounts to more than a million euros, of which more than 800 thousand grant from the EU funds", - said the first Deputy Chairman of the Rivne regional state administration Yuriy Primorskiy. The Project also provides career guidance activities for children and youth, as well as the purchase of equipment for training workshops 12 protectivity of the subregion.
