About the programme of the Federal Ministry of Economics and energy, "Fit for Partnership with Germany": GIZ is a Federal non-profit organization that operates in 130 countries, has 17.000 employees. The program of the Federal Ministry of Economics and energy, "Fit for Partnership with Germany" was established in 2001 and has a total of 820 graduates. In the past year were trained in Germany and 112 of the Ukrainian managers. In the framework of bilateral cooperation between government of Ukraine and the government of the Federal Republic of Germany, Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine and the German Society for international cooperation GIZ GmbH on behalf of Federal Ministry for economic Affairs and energy implementing a Program for businesses on export-import potential managers and Fit for partnership with Germany (cooperation with Germany). This programme is an element of German foreign policy and by internships in Germany promotes: of Ukrainian enterprises on the international markets, increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises to improve the skills of Ukrainian managers in the sphere of foreign economic activity through their new competences in the areas of doing business with German and other foreign partners, negotiating with representatives of other countries and so on. Party Program has an opportunity: become a specialist in international business, especially with Germany to acquire information, knowledge, skills and intercultural management competence, helps to establish cooperation with German companies to improve their competitive ability to gain practical experience of conducting of negotiations with potential German partners to see Germany as economic partner to establish contacts with German companies and to find reliable partners directly to see the equipment, materials and technologies of German companies and to acquire the necessary to receive information about the possibility of marketing its products in Germany career growth / expansion of personal horizons / personal growth to see a German company from the inside, etc. become part of the international business community with exclusive access to graduates from 16 countries - partners of the Program in different spheres of activity (more than 10,000). Requirements candidates for internships in Germany: higher education; experience in the field of Economics and business at least 1 year; good knowledge of English or German language; age not over 45 years old. The structure of the internship: The duration of the program in Germany is one month and includes three modules: Training Training and informational meetings with companies Individual business contacts Typically, a group of 20 participants in the program 60 is in contact with German companies predominantly medium-sized businesses. Language: English or German, Russian - for top managers (in exceptional cases). Financing terms: The internship is fully funded by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, Federal Ministry of Economics and energy. The procedure for conducting interviews with applicants for internship: 1. The interview lasts on average 20 minutes. 2. In the interview process are clarified: The level of foreign language skills (in each case). Goal and specific objectives of the internship and expected outcomes aimed at implementing specific cooperation ideas cooperation with the German business, the extension/deepening of foreign economic activity and improve the efficiency of enterprises and organizations where the expert works. The idea cooperative will form later the basis of the so-called " cooperative project specialist (and the company that its delegates) will work using the German training center to implement the goals of the enterprise. Cooperation work on the project begins TWO months before arrival for internship. Enterprises, organizations with whom the applicant intends to establish contacts. 3.For decision making regarding selection for training or not training is paramount, knowledge of a foreign language, level of training, the possibility of a bilateral economic cooperation. Additional points the applicant receives for the knowledge of other foreign languages, sociability, ability to demonstrate flexibility in decision making. 4. During the interview, the applicant is alerted to the fact that: If before departure to the country of the internship the applicant will change the place of work and their intentions as to the place of internship, he shall inform the GIZ, who will provide relevant information to the organisers of the training. Desirable: To prepare a presentation of their companies in the country of the internship (booklets, pamphlets, slides, photographs, product samples and the like). To establish contacts with foreign firms to prepare a letter from the heads, which will be confirmed by the real powers of interns. The results of the interview shall be communicated to the candidates through three weeks.
