In Chernihiv continues detailed inspection by employees of state emergency service of Ukraine status of implementation by Executive bodies, enterprises and regional emergency service In the state policy in the field of civil protection, technological and fire safety. In the course of work, on February 17, Kozelets district during the inspection of bodies and subdivisions of civil protection, carried out tactics-special doctrines on elimination of an emergency situation arising in the boiler house on the street. On the 1st of May, 27, located on the territory of secondary school ¹3 village Kozelets. According to the legend, during the emergency there was an explosion of gas-air mixture, resulting in the fire and the boiler building was almost entirely destroyed. As a result of incident two persons have suffered, two were under the rubble of building structures. In addition, the University was left without heating. To a scene promptly there arrived emergency rescue service of civil protection of the district. Rescuers of the 5th State fire and rescue unit in the apparatus of respiratory protection has conducted exploration in the boiler room, were evacuated from the danger zone the two victims and proceeded to extinguish the fire. Emergency crew gas management activities were carried out by stopping gas supply and fenced the danger zone. The militiamen blocked the road, and the workers of the two ambulance crews organized the transportation and rendering first aid to the victims. At the scene was established headquarters for emergency response, which included representatives of the district administration and emergency services involved.
