Ternopil region: the rescuers undergo state certification
From 16 to 19 February, in accordance with section 21 of article 48 of the code of civil protection and the requirements of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 13.11.2013, ¹ 828 “On approval of the Procedure for certification of emergency rescue services and rescue" in Ternopil started the representatives of the Interdepartmental Commission on attestation of salvage and rescue services and rescuers. The Commission checks the level of General physical preparation of rescuers of knowledge and practical skills, namely rescuers abnormally-saving group of a special purpose, state fire and rescue units in the cities and towns of the oblast. In General, the certification shall be more than 500 specialists of the rescue Service of the region. The event will be held Bush method in several parts of the area, in particular: DPRK-1, DPC-5, DPC-7,DPC-6. Representatives of the Central apparatus of the state emergency service will test, in particular, knowledge of Ternopil lifeguards rescue craft, tactics elimination of accidents and emergencies, and will also determine the suitability of each to perform tasks for health reasons’I.
