Lutsk medical facilities visited by the representatives of the world Bank and the Ministry of health of Ukraine
Within the framework of his working visit to the city of Lutsk was the head of the world Bank Project “Improving health in the service of the people,” Mr. von JSC V. a. the head of Department of coordination of the centres of reform of the Ministry of health of Ukraine Lesia Karpinskaya and Deputy team leader Advisory support of the Project “Improving health in the service of the people” Eugene matyushko. For the purpose of visiting our region was to familiarize with the implementation of the above project, defining the main areas of cooperation and further steps. So, together with the management of health of the city and region, representatives of the world Bank and the Ministry of health of Ukraine visited KZ “Lutsk city clinical hospital” and KU “Lutsk center of primary health care ¹ 1”. It should be noted that the co-financing of world Bank project “Improving health in the service of the people for 2015 – 2019 years” from the city budget in 2014-2015 has been allocated of 148.3 thousand UAH for production of project documentation for reconstruction of premises for opening of outpatient General practice-family medicine on the street. With the beginning of funding by the world Bank is planned to begin works on reconstruction of premises. During a visit to Lutsk city clinical hospital chief doctor of the institution Larisa Duhnevich and the head of the regional center of cardiovascular pathology and thrombolysis, doctor of medical Sciences Andrey AGINSKY told the visitors about the provision of medical aid in diseases of the circulatory system showed the equipment, which is carried out stenting, angiography, etc. in Fact, besides ensuring availability of primary medical care (reconstruction and the establishment of outpatient General pracitice – family medicine) the project also provides for the allocation of funds to improve the quality of medical services for patients with diseases of the circulatory system. During the visit, representatives of the world Bank and the Ministry of health, 19.02.2016 was held a workshop concerning the specific steps the implementation of Subprojects, which was attended by the head of the Department of health of the city Council Nikolay Yakimchuk. In the end, the participants agreed on the fruitful cooperation in addressing problematic issues and further planning of specific activities.
