Chernihiv region: 2 rescuers liquidated a fire of dry grass that occurred as a result of carelessness of citizens in dealing with fire
in the last days in Chernihiv region fire and rescue units eliminated 2 fire of dry grass on a total area of 8 ha. Their reason was the carelessness of citizens in dealing with fire. Thanks to prompt actions of rescuers prevented the spread of fire to residential homes, farm buildings, and woodlands. In connection’connection with this, Management DSNS of Ukraine in Chernihiv region recalls that according to article 77-1 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences, unauthorized burning of dry vegetation or its remnants provides for the imposition of penalties on the perpetrators of their occurrence. Rescuers once again appeal to citizens to exercise caution in dealing with fire while in ecological systems.
