In Lutsk from 12 to 19 February issued ten orders to land work
Over the past week the Department of control over the accomplishment and sanitary condition of the city Department of the municipal police the city Council issued nine emergency and one planned order for landscaping/earthworks. Emergency orders received: - KP “Lutskvodokanal” at the addresses: vul. Heroes of UPA, 70; - Lutsk branch of PJSC “volynyoblenergo” at the addresses: vul. Musketeers, 29, the intersection of Chekhov and Copernicus street; - The Department of housing and public utilities at the following addresses: PR. Revival, vul. The Hetman Doroshenko, 1A to Sichovi, vul. Hetman Sahaidachny, 1-29, etc. Revival, 12-14, vul. Hetman Sagaidachnogo vul. Gordiuk. The planned order is received: LLC “Zenit” at prospect of Liberty, 70. According to the Law of Ukraine “About improvement of settlements” and the decision of Lutsk city Council from 29.07.2009 ¹44/2 “the Rules of beautification of the city of Lutsk” issued orders remain in control of the municipal police Department to respect deadlines and to restore damaged areas. In case of detection of violations and compliance landscaping restoration of those territories of the balance sheet the networks, businesses and citizens will be brought to administrative responsibility according to art 152 Art.
