In the course of the event were worked out of specialized rescue service of civil protection of the city. According to the legend, on the territory of the enterprise there was a leak of ammonia, injuring two people. On call on a scene of profit specialized and emergency repair for the formation of the city, who promptly carried out the deployment of forces and organized assistance to victims conditionally. Rescuers 12th fire and rescue unit in special suits and protective devices respiratory scouted the danger zone and organized the evacuation of the injured in the ambulances that were waiting outside the danger zone. The National police has blocked the passage of vehicles and not permit unauthorized persons to the scene. At the scene was held the meeting of the city Commission on questions tekhnogenno-ecological safety and emergency situations. During the creation of the headquarters for emergency situations, specified tasks to the specialized services of civil protection. Emergency units of the enterprise "belkozin", evacuated staff and stopped the revolution of ammonia. Fire and rescue units established a water curtain for the purpose of deposition of a cloud of hazardous chemical substances. Actions of emergency units and specialized facility services was given a positive assessment by employees of gschs of Ukraine, who noted that the management bodies and forces of civil protection of Prilutsky district is ready to perform assigned tasks.
