In the Rivne region during raids in the residential sector, the rescuers teach the citizens how to prevent fires

From the beginning of 2016 in the Rovno area there were 154 fires, which killed 7 people. The analysis shows that the most fires occurred in the residential sector of citizens. Usually the cause of such fires is the neglect of citizens basic fire safety requirements. The misuse of stoves, Smoking in bed, use for heating homemade or non-certified heaters, overloading the power supply, often lead to fires in the home. Therefore, to prevent the occurrence of fires and other emergencies in the residential sector, the rescue workers of the Rivne region are constantly carrying out prevention activities, during which we communicate with citizens about the necessity of observance of fire safety rules at the place of residence. So, on February 22 the staff of 19-th state fire and rescue unit of GU gschs of Ukraine in Rivne region held Radome preventive working off of the residential sector in Kostopol and in the village of Basalt Golovinski village Council of Kostopil district. Rescuers told the residents of the district center and rural locality the basic rules of fire safety in the home, concerning the safe use of electrical and gas appliances, oven heating, and presented them with pam’leaflets and warning content. Particular attention was paid SSES preventive conversations with the elderly, unreliable families, large families with seven’pits. Parents of rescuers reminded that the safety of children depends on their upbringing and conscious attitude to basic rules of fire safety. The rescue workers noted that it is impossible to leave children without supervision, you must keep matches and lighters out of the reach of kids, to tell them about the dangers posed by fire.
