during the period from 17 to 19 February continued a three-day theoretical and practical meeting of a group of pyrotechnics rescue squad of special purpose of head Department DSNS in Rivne region on admission to the works on the identification, neutralization and destruction of explosive devices in 2016. The final practical part of the training camp was held at the site 233 of the General range. Training places were checked knowledge of pyrotechnics on the types and forms of explosive devices, their basic properties in the case of an unauthorized explosion, observance of safety rules during transport of explosive goods. However, issues of search and explosive ordnance disposal, blasting elements of concrete and reinforced concrete structures, the work of pyrotechnic units DSNs on the elimination of ice jams and ice on the rivers of Rivne, protection of bridges and hydraulic structures during the ice drift, the ability to provide first aid in common wounds, minno-explosive traumas, bleeding and traumatic shock.
