The cherished memory of the Heavenly Hundred in Ternopil observed a thematic exhibition

exhibition "Here caked blood my people" on January 22 opened in the State archives of Ternopil region. Its purpose is to remind the tragic events of 18-20 February two years ago and to honor those who died. In the solemn opening ceremony was attended by historians, regional specialists, representatives of local authorities, as well as ordinary citizens. The basis of this exhibition contains documents and materials from the collection of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, the creation of which was initiated by the Deputy Director of the archive Oksana Savchyn. Specialist collected documents of the Ternopol Maidan — poems, songs, and drawings from the caring citizens who helped the protesters and generally supported the revolutionary events in Kiev. In the professional works of the famous photographer, archivist Igor Krochka accurately reproduced the events of two years ago that took place in Ternopil and Kiev. Thus, in the first section of the exhibition presents photos from Ternopil Bromide the end of November – beginning of December 2013. On one of the photos — thousands of Assembly "For European Ukraine", which took place on November 24. After beating Kiev students on the night of November 30, the city is fully mobilized. On main street there were about 40 thousand people, therefore the Ternopol Maidan has become the largest one after Kyiv. It should be noted, in the same section exhibited documents from the stand, installed on the Theatre square. The following data presents a documentary about the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, natives of the region. Biographical materials, publications in the local media and Internet resources, collected and processed by employees of the Department of formation NAF and record-keeping. "The events that two years ago was held in the capital of Ukraine, have become our modern history, — said the Deputy Chairman of the Ternopol regional Council Lubomir Krupa. We must remember everyone who gave their lives for freedom and the freedom of future generations." Visitors to the exhibition can learn about moments from the lives of heroes, who in daily life were ordinary people — was in school, worked, dreamed and always feel free. We will remind, among the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred are our countrymen: Nazariy wojtowicz (born Mayskoye village, Zbarazh district), Ustim Golodniuk (Zbarazh), Alexander Kapinos (Dunav village, Kremenets Raion), Igor Kostenko and Vasyl Moses (the natives of the village Subrace buchatsk district). In addition, on 5 March 2014 in the village Pdword said goodbye to Taras Slobodyan, also a party to the Bromide. His body was found in Sumy region in the forest. And on March 12 during the treatment in Poland died Vasily Aksinin, native village Litchi zalishchytskiy district, who was severely wounded during the shooting of protesters. "Dozens of young people who died in the heart of Kiev, fought to the last for the right to a better life for each of us, — said the adviser to the Chairman Ternopil regional state administration Yuriy Eureka. — Their feat was not in vain, I believe that the tradition of respect to their blessed memory will be passed on from generation to generation".
