In Vinnytsia customs discussed the nuances of exporting to the EU agricultural products (+photo)
recently hosted a working meeting between the leadership of the Vinnytsia customs and DFS with representatives of the Public Council and the subjects of foreign economic activity exporting agricultural products to the EU. The main issues on the agenda were the implementation of the economic part of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European atomic energy community and their member States, on the other hand. Note, this deal from 27.06.2014, ratified by Law of Ukraine of 16.09.2014 ¹1678-VII (hereinafter - the Agreement). In addition, we discussed the problematic issues arising in the design and delivery of the certificates for the carriage EUR.1 for goods of agricultural products when exported to the EU, as well as the necessary documents and requirements for completing certificates. Customs officials noted that one of the key points of the provisions of the Agreement is the gradual establishment of a free trade area between Ukraine and the European Union. In particular, each party shall reduce or eliminate duties on goods originating in the other hand, according to the schedule within 10 years. Let us add that since the beginning of the year employees of Vinnytsia customs DFS 681 issued certificate for the carriage of form EUR.1. It's almost 10% of the total number of issued certificates for the carriage of form EUR.1 in Ukraine. Most certificates on the transport of forms EUR.1 issued to such countries as: Austria, Romania, Poland and the Netherlands.
