Chernivtsi: Have objects of taxation – tax report
State tax Inspectorate in Chernivtsi recalls that under article 63 of the Tax code of Ukraine payers of the taxes subject to registration or registration on their location and the location of objects of taxation or objects related to taxation or through which activities. Notice in form No. 20-OPP should provide all taxpayers – both legal entities and individuals – entrepreneurs in case of presence, occurrence, change the type of an object of taxation within 10 working days after registration, creation or opening of the control authority according to the place of registration of the taxpayer. In this case, we inform that article 117 of the Tax code of Ukraine the failure to provide the tax authority, such notice to be given responsibility. Along with this, the state tax Inspectorate in Chernivtsi also recalls that 16.03.2016, the deadline for filing of application about transition to the simplified system of taxation with 01.04.2016 for duly registered physical persons-entrepreneurs.
