February 23, head of the Zhytomyr regional state administration Sergey Mashkovsky held a meeting with owners and heads of the 20 largest companies in the Zhytomyr region, including enterprises with foreign capital. The meeting was attended by: mayor of Zhitomir Sergey Sukhomlin, heads of regional institutions and organizations. During the meeting, representatives of authorities and business discussed the format of the mutually beneficial partnership, to create comfortable conditions and to simplify administrative barriers for investors. The power of Zhytomyr region sees its key task of the translation of power relations with business in the format of mutually beneficial partnership. "Authority is a partner of the business. On our task – to create maximum comfortable conditions for doing the work of existing enterprises and support in the opening of new. Because new investment projects means more jobs, revenues to local budgets, and this is a condition for economic development of the region", - said Sergey Mashkovsky.
