The Prosecutor's office did not allow PJSC "Zakarpatgas" to illegally collect money from Mukachevo RGA
the regional Prosecutor's office has defended in court the interests of the state represented by the Department of education of Mukachevo district state administration. The economic court of Transcarpathian region based on the results of a new review of the case denied to the private entity "Zakarpatgas" the groundless claim to recover from state agencies of damage caused as a result of unauthorized use of natural gas. The court found that the Department of education of Mukachevo district state administration duly performed obligations’commitments under the agreement on natural gas supplies to Rakocinski secondary school that demonstrates integrity in him as a consumer. Therefore, due to the position of the prosecution, the court rejected all the arguments and requirements of PJSC "Zakarpatgas" regarding unauthorized selection of gas state institution and not admitted unfounded the collection of budgetary funds.
