The Lviv appellate commercial court satisfied the appeal complaint of Prosecutor's office of area and, consequently, satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office of Uzhgorod local to the sub’farming and Korinenko village Council to abolish the decisions of the session of the village Council, the annulment of the lease of the land area of 1.43 hectares and normative monetary value of over UAH 2 million and the return of reserve lands the village Council. The Prosecutor's office proved in court that because the land belonged to agricultural land and change their purpose was not carried out and the decision Koritsanszky village Council was not taken, the provision of land to rent for her AutoRecover market and the car Park was illegal. Moreover, the contested decision were adopted by the Council in the absence of allocation in rent of the specified land plot and to the state expertise of land surveying documentation.
