Land on the street Tolstoy Rivne city Rada seized the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region in 2008,so the latter has no relation to the current construction
Rivne city Council by its decision dated 24.12.2008 has stopped the right of permanent use of land plot with an area of 4 thousand sq m on the street of Tolstoy, which was provided to the Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast in 2007 for construction of a house. The same decision, this land leased to the private entity and giving it the permission to start using the land for other purposes, and is also obliged to produce and receive documents certifying the right to use it. Given that this land was eliminated from service of the prosecution Rivne region, any doubts concerning the involvement of the Prosecutor's office to present the construction are groundless, and information about possible fraud with the use of this land (as circulated separate media) there is nothing like misinformation, such that an ordered character, which works against the image of procuratorial organs. The Prosecutor's office notes that at present has no relation to the use of the said land, and especially to the construction work on it.
