22 February at 20:23 the emergency services number "101" received a report of a fire that occurred in a private business building at the address: village of Kolodenka, Rivne district. At the specified address were immediately sent fire and rescue units from the regional centre on four fire trucks and quickly-the coordination center of GU gschs. Upon arrival on the scene employees of gschs’found that burning one of the premises of outbuildings size of 10x20 meters, the fire had time to reach cover and overlappings on the area of 100 sq. m. besides there was a threat of distribution of fire on adjacent premises private households and residential two-storey house. In the course of exploration firefighters found that people in the middle of a burning building not. Urgently to extinguish the fire and protect adjacent buildings rescuers filed four water barrel. Complicates the work of DSNS fighters that had to deliver water from a distance of more than 1 kilometer from the place of fire. Thanks to a clear and operational actions of fighters of the state Service for emergency situations, at 22:30 the fire was localized, and at 01:14, after a thorough disassembly of the damaged building structure, is completely eliminated. Rescuers did not allow flame’s spread to the entire area of the outbuildings, and close on a house. Directly the actions of rescue units to the scene of the fire was directed by the Deputy chief of head Department gschs of Ukraine in the Rovno area the Colonel of service of civil protection Igor Mikhalchuk. To extinguish were attracted 5 units of equipment and 20 people. personnel of gschs. By fire the fire destroyed the ceiling and covering outbuildings on the area of 100 sq. m.
