The staff of the fiscal services of Ternopil legalized labor 211 citizens
From the beginning of the current year by efforts of employees of the fiscal service in Ternopil region officially employed 211 people in the region, which employers paid wages in "envelopes". Thanks to the legalization of labour budget received 46,2 thousand UAH of tax on personal income. Recall that for violation of article 265 of the Code of labor laws of Ukraine provides for liability. In particular, in the case of the non-discharge or improper registration of the employment contract, violation of the terms of payment of wages and other payments, failure to comply with the minimum state guarantees in the labor remuneration, etc. of legal entities and physical persons-entrepreneurs who use hired labor, are liable to a fine. The fines for these violations range from one minimum wage established by law at the time of discovery of the violation, up to thirty times the minimum wage for each employee to which is committed the corresponding violation.
