According to the decree of the head of Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna, in connection with the death of a resident of the city Lanivtsi, Ternopil region, commander of the 14th mechanized brigade Sergeant KOVAL Yury Viktorovich and resident of the city of Ternopil, a serviceman of the military unit Â4745 DUMANSKIY Mikhail Yaroslavich during the execution of their duties in the zone of the antiterrorist operation, on 24 February in the Ternopil region declared a Day of mourning. As a sign of mourning for those killed in a Day of mourning in the region will be lowered State Flag of Ukraine mourning ribbon on administrative buildings of Executive authorities and bodies of local self-government, municipal and public enterprises and institutions, organizations in the region. Also in the area requested to cancel the entertainment and concert events, sporting events and made the appropriate changes to programmes audio-visual media, which operate on the territory of the region.
