According to Nikolai Kupecheskogo, the state administration and its structural subdivisions at the end of last year joined the system of electronic public procurement "ProZorro". The result of the first conducted in the area of trades was budget savings over 10%. Now work is underway to implement similar activities at the level of districts and budgetary institutions financed from the regional budget. At the same time Nikolay Kopachevsky noted that it appeared some of the passivity of the business community, which officials attributed their lack of awareness about new business opportunities. "With the aim of broader implementation in the field of electronic public procurement system "ProZorro", regional state administration, together with the official participant of the public procurement reform in Ukraine - a portal "government Procurements.online", March 3, will be held a training workshop for employees of budgetary institutions and business representatives in implementation of this system. Experts from the capital will tell and show everything step-by-step from the moment of registration on the website "ProZorro", before deciding to purchase. We want to see the budget worked to the benefit of the local community area to our entrepreneurs have won the auction and not only in our region but also in other areas and brought a gross value added in the area, pay taxes here," said Nikolay Kopachevsky.
