On Sunshine festival of Ukrainian literature "On a white horse"
20 February in Tilasimme NPC was held the solemn opening of the festival of Ukrainian literature "On a white horse". This event is dedicated to the 111 anniversary of the birthday of outstanding Ukrainian writer Ulas Samchuk. Guests of the celebration were the Chairman of the National Union of writers of Ukraine Mykhailo Sydorzhevskyy, head of Department of culture and arts of the Ternopil city Council, head of Ternopil regional organization of National Union of writers of Ukraine Oleksandr Smyk, students and teachers of the Kremenets regional humanitarian-pedagogical Academy. Taras Shevchenko, pupils and pedagogical workers of educational institutions of the district, students Kremenets Lyceum. By Ulas Samchuk. The participants visited the Museum of the writer, where he spent his childhood and youth, participated in conference of young researchers of creativity. The festival continued in the Shumsky district house of culture. Students of secondary schools awarded diplomas for winning in the regional creative competition "Senchukova well." By awarding the all-Ukrainian literary award named by Ulas Samchuk the festival ended. His first winner was Peter KRALIUK for the collection of historical prose.
