In the Rivne region rescuers held a special tactical training at the facility health facilities
February 22 on the territory of Radivilovsky district hospital, the staff of the 7th state fire and rescue unit radyvyliv were held special tactical exercises to test the readiness of the administration and hospital staff to action during the fire. According to legend exercises as a result of short circuit the mains, on the ground floor in one of the rooms of a medical institution, there was a fire. According to preliminary reports on the 1st floor there is 2 people who are not able to leave the premises. Personnel on duty about’object, notifying the emergency services number "101" about the incident, began evacuating people. Forces personnel evacuated 15 people. In a matter of minutes to a call place there arrived the local fire and rescue unit. Rescuers arrived at the scene of a conditional fire, conducted exploration and evacuation of victims, and then took measures for containment and subsequent elimination of a conditional fire. The personnel on duty of the guard worked well and smoothly. This helped save two victims of a conditional, and quickly liquidate a conditional fire. During doctrines rescuers conducted a study of operational and tactical characteristics of the buildings of the regional hospital and features outdoor fire water supply and fire safety on about’object. Also worked out rescue activities in the organization and conduct search and rescue operations, compliance with the personnel rules of occupational safety.
