26 February took place the meeting of representatives of gschs with representatives of the US Forest Service, during which they discussed issues of organization of prevention and response forest fires, particularly in the Chernobyl exclusion Zone. American specialists during the week was on a working visit in Ukraine, and called for the exclusion Zone, where he got acquainted with the work of rescue workers, forestry workers, shared their experience with Ukrainian colleagues-ecologists. during the meeting with experts of gschs representatives of the Forest Service Cerasoli about the trip to Chernobyl and the possibility of strengthening ties between Ukrainian and American colleagues in the field of prevention of forest fires. In particular, the participants discussed the issues of organization and coordination of all services during the elimination of forest fires, prevent the occurrence of such fires, the introduction of modern technologies in the conduct of monitoring of forest plantations, using the latest means of protection of persons involved in liquidation of forest fires in the exclusion Zone.
